TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ENROLLMENT IN GUITARKUL’S COURSE

By enrolling in GuitarKul’s Guitar/Ukulele Course (hereinafter referred to as the “Course”), the student (hereinafter referred to as the “Student”) agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Student and GuitarKul.

1. Course Duration and Structure

  • The Course is designed to run for a duration of three (3) or five (5) months, during which all syllabus topics will be covered comprehensively.

  • The Course consists of two (2) live classes per week, which shall be scheduled between 12:00 PM and 10:00 PM (Indian Standard Time – IST), subject to availability.

2. Faculty Assignment and Attendance Policy

  • Students are permitted to request a change in faculty during the Course. However, such requests are subject to GuitarKul’s approval and the availability of alternative faculty.

  • Each live class shall accommodate a maximum of four (4) to five (5) students to ensure optimal engagement and personalized attention, unless the student chooses one-on-one classes.

  • If GuitarKul cancels a scheduled class, the class will be rescheduled or compensated at the conclusion of the Course.

  • If a Student is unable to attend a class due to health-related reasons, the missed class shall not be counted against their attendance.

  • If a Student fails to inform their assigned teacher of a class cancellation at least one (1) hour prior to the scheduled start time, GuitarKul reserves the right to count the class as attended and will not be obligated to reschedule or compensate for the missed session.

3. Course Materials and Confidentiality

  • All enrolled Students shall receive high-quality instructional materials, including but not limited to notes, video clippings, and other relevant practice resources.

  • Students are strictly prohibited from sharing, distributing, reproducing, or otherwise disclosing any course materials provided by GuitarKul at any time before, during, or after the Course.

  • Any unauthorized sharing or dissemination of GuitarKul’s course materials shall result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund. Additionally, GuitarKul reserves the right to pursue legal action if necessary.

4. Refund Policy

All payments made for the Course are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, the following reasons:

  • Dissatisfaction with the teaching methods.

  • Loss of interest in learning the guitar or ukulele.

  • Failure to achieve personal goals or skill milestones.

  • Any other personal, technical, or financial reasons.

5. Commitment to Student Success

  • GuitarKul is dedicated to providing the highest quality learning experience to all Students and will make reasonable efforts to assist Students in achieving their musical objectives.

  • While GuitarKul strives to create a positive and productive learning environment, the Student acknowledges that their progress and success in the Course are dependent upon their own dedication, practice, and participation.

6. Modification of Terms

  • GuitarKul reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes shall be effective immediately upon publication on the official GuitarKul website or communication through official channels.

  • Continued participation in the Course following any modifications to these terms shall constitute the Student’s acceptance of the revised terms.

By enrolling in the Course, the Student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.
